School Meals
Key Stage One children (Reception, Years 1 and 2) are entitled to a free school meal.
All other year groups are £2.80 per meal. Nursery meals are also £2.80 per meal.

Free School Meals
Many of our families could get Free School Meals but do not claim for them; your child may be entitled to these. Click on the button below to view information about North Yorkshire Council’s Free School Meals application process.
Free School Meals expansion
From September 2026, the government is expanding Free School Meals to cover more children. Free School Meals eligibility will be extended to all children in households receiving Universal Credit, removing the previous income cap of £7,400. We encourage all parents/carers to check eligibility on the button below.
